Bharati Defence and Infrastructure Limited has navigated significant challenges, having undergone the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the IBC Act, followed by liquidation proceedings. Pursuant to the approval of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, the Company has been successfully revived as a going concern and acquired under the leadership of Mr. Sandeep Agarwal.

With the closure of liquidation in January 2025, Bharati Defence and Infrastructure Limited has been given a renewed opportunity to rebuild its future.

This revival represents more than financial restructuring it marks the resetting of our foundation on stronger governance, renewed discipline, and long-term sustainability. The Company is now firmly aligned with the Government of India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat and Make in India vision, aspiring to play a leading role in indigenous defence manufacturing, shipbuilding, and allied infrastructure projects
